If you are interested in serving the community in a challenging and exciting way, then this is the place for you! It takes a significant commitment to serve as a volunteer firefighter. Briaroaks Fire Department will provide all of the training and equipment necessary. We will also provide a warm and inviting "second family" atmosphere.

It takes dedication and hours of training to become a volunteer firefighter. If you are willing to put in the time and effort, we need you! We owe to the residents of our fire jurisdiction our full commitment and dedication to being there when they need us. Being a volunteer firefighter is a challenging and rewarding way to serve your community. The job is physically and mentally demanding and requires that the firefighter trains hard.
The greatest reward is being able to help your friends and neighbors in times of need!
We’re looking for brave men and women who take pride in where they live. Learn more about what it takes to become part of the fire department. Briaroaks Fire Department has meetings every Tuesday night at the fire station at 6:30 PM. Please feel free to stop by and talk with us about becoming a volunteer firefighter for your community.
