Applicant resides in Johnson County or Tarrant County, Texas 2. Applicant is at least 21 years of age 3. Applicant has a high school diploma or GED 4. Applicant does not have any felony convictions 5. Applicant does not have any class “B” or higher misdemeanor convictions within last 5 years
